Basically phpMyAdmin will allow you to download a copy of your database in it's current state, which means you can create an updated backup of your databases at all times (and we strongly recommend you do so, even though our servers do create a nightly backup of all customer accounts and databases).
When using phpMyAdmin to backup your database as detailed in the video , it is important to note the Collation / Charset of the database for reference if you ever have to import / restore it.
